What’s e/acc all about?
In short, the e/acc members believe that you have no right to control how they use AI.
You see, when AI came out, people fell into two camps:
The first camp said, “AI progress must be stopped because it will kill us.”
The second camp said, “AI progress must be continued because others might use AI to kill us”.
The e/acc members believe that you have no right to control how they use AI.
The e/accolytes believe that regulating AI is stupid. And because there are so many people who fall into camp #1, it’s natural that an equal and opposite movement would be instantiated.
